If you are not completely satisfied with your Ladywood purchase, I will gladly offer a store credit or exchange. Returned items must be returned to me, postmarked within 14 days of purchase, in their original condition.
I highly recommend that you insure all returned packages as a full credit can only be issued if the package is not lost or damaged.
All returns must be approved by Ladywood. Please send an email to email@example.com to notify me of the item you are returning and the reason for your return. Shipping costs for returns will only be offered for defective items, with authorization approved prior to the return.
Please note that Ladywood does not accept returns for sale items.
